Porsolt is thrilled to have another paper published in oncology: “A Face-To-Face Comparison of Tumor Chicken Chorioallantoic Membrane (TCAM) In Ovo with Murine Models for Early Evaluation of Cancer Therapy and Early Drug Toxicity”. This will appear in the upcoming July issue of “Cancers”.
The paper highlights the Tumor ChorioAllantoic Membrane (TCAM) model and its potential as an alternative to in vivo mouse models for early preclinical oncology screening.
A comparison between xenograft mouse and chicken CAM models demonstrated comparable anti-tumor responses to different tumor types.
